The board of directors (bod) appointed by the shareholders’ meeting of 27 April 2022 confirmed the appointment of Massimo Moratti as chairman of the board of directors and of Dario Scaffardi as chief executive officer.
In detail, chairman Moratti was confirmed with the powers of strategic direction as well as, among others, the powers of supervision and evaluation of operations involving shareholdings, companies, company branches of particular importance. CEO Scaffardi was confirmed with the powers with reference to operational management, the powers for the preparation of strategic, industrial and financial plans of the company to be submitted for approval by the board of directors, as well as the task of supervising the functionality of the internal control system and risk management.
