The maneuver remains stuck in the Senate, with the votes in the Commission slipping once again and will not begin until Monday. A week after Christmas, the parliamentarians have not had the opportunity to examine even one amendment and to cast even one vote, a more unique than rare circumstance in the progress of the budget law.
