Seaside (Italgas group) and the Turin inter-municipal consortium (CIT) have signed the framework agreement for the award of the redevelopment works of 22 public residential buildings located in the municipalities of Turin, Mappano, Nichelino, Orbassano, Moncalieri, Caselle Torinese and Settimo Torinese. “The consortium has awarded the ESCo of the Italgas group the tender with the aim of carrying out a series of energy efficiency and structural consolidation interventions, benefiting from the incentives provided for by the 110% Superbonus”, points out The total value of the transaction is over 57 million euros and will affect 926 dwellings located in buildings owned by the CIT in which 893 families reside.
The project includes thermal insulation and thermoregulation interventions, installation of photovoltaic systems, solar thermal systems and heat pumps, construction of the thermal coat and replacement of windows and will allow to increase the asset value of the buildings (through the achievement of at least two higher energy classes ). In detail, Seaside will take care of the entire project activity, from the implementation of the interventions to the management of administrative procedures and communications for obtaining tax benefits, involving the network of freelancers and small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the area.
