For the review of public expenditure (so-called spending review)means a process aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of public spending through the analysis and evaluation of the decision-making and implementation procedures of the Public Administration in its state, regional and municipal organizational structures (such as ministries, courts, local health authorities and hospitals, schools and universities).
