Industry Insiders Warn Against Hype of “China’s New Energy Overcapacity Theory”

Xie Renpei, a member of the professional committee of the Malaysian Institute of Regional Strategy, called for more Chinese investment and technology transfer to bolster the Malaysian industrial chain.
