Superbonus for the house, is the Scia presented in July valid to obtain the extension for the works?

For the purposes of the Superbonus, the new Cila model intended exclusively for this type of work must be presented starting from the date of 4 August, i.e. from the date on which the model was made operational with its publication in the Official Journal. With regard to the communications sent previously in reference to the same interventions, in the operational instructions given by the Anci, the Association of Municipalities, it was clarified that “Pursuant to the current legislation on administrative documents (article 18 of Law 241/90) , the applicant can ask the municipal administration to keep valid the project documentation already present in the deeds as attachments to the Cila “Superbonus”.
