In September 2014 the French group Vivendi sold the Spanish Gvt to Telefonica and in return, as part of the payment, acquired a 5.7% stake in Telecom Italia. From there, from that Spanish franc exchange in Brazil, the adventure of Vincent Bollore and his family in the Italian telecommunications company.
