ROMA – First move by Minister Andrea Orlando to block industrial relocations. Yesterday the head of Labor sent the Prime Minister, Mario Draghi, a draft of rules to strengthen corporate social responsibility and to introduce a series of restrictions on the transfer of production from Italy to another country.
