Not long ago, Huawei held the Hongmeng operating system and Huawei’s full-scene new product launch conference, at which the new self-developed operating system, HarmonyOS, was officially announced.
Huawei immediately launched the largest upgrade plan in history and announced that it will upgrade the HarmonyOS system for more than 100 devices before the second half of next year, covering Huawei, Honor’s mobile phones, tablets and other devices.
Recently, Huawei has launched the second batch of public beta plans for HarmonyOS, including 6 models in the nova 6 series, nova 7 series, and nova8 series.
According to Huawei’s announcement, the next batch of public betas is scheduled to start recruitment in July. This time it will cover a large number of old models, including Huawei Mate20/Pro/Rs Porsche, Huawei Mate20 X4G, Mate X, Huawei nova6se/nova7se/nova8s, Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus, Enjoy 20 Pro, Enjoy Z, 17 devices including Maimang and Huawei MatePad.
Users with related models can sign up through the following methods:

It is worth mentioning that, according to the data previously released by Huawei, the current number of upgraded users of HarmonyOS has exceeded 10 million. And it is still on the rise. From the feedback of these tens of millions of users, it can be known that the overall HarmonyOS system is not only perfect, but also far surpasses the Android-based EMUI in terms of stability, functionality, and fluency.
According to Wang Chenglu, President of Huawei’s Consumer Business Software Department, the Harmony OS system is not afraid of aging and can better solve the problem of lag caused by the aging of mobile phones than the Android system. After 36 months of use, smooth reading and writing performance can still be achieved.
