The Spac insurtech of Costamagna and Minali makes its debut on the Italian Stock Exchange

Debut today on AIM Italia of the Italian Stock Exchange for Revo, SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) promoted by Alberto Minali and Claudio Costamagna, as well as Stefano Semolini, Jacopo Tanaglia and Simone Lazzaro.

Revo aims to build a primary player in the insurance sector, in particular in the field of specialty lines and parametric risks, mainly oriented to the world of small-medium enterprises. During the placement phase, Revo raised 220 million.

With Revo, the number of SPACs currently admitted on Euronext markets has risen to 41, of which 30 on the Italian Stock Exchange.
