Paolo Scudieri, president of Adler Group and Anfia, the trade association of car components manufacturers, talks about it.
«The path towards the new mobility – explains Scudieri – requires important economic and organizational efforts from the industry. The impact in terms of CO2 emissions that pertain to the auto sector represents 0.9 of the total emitted. We must therefore be aware that there is at stake, for an undoubtedly noble cause such as the transition to sustainable mobility, a sector with 1.2 million jobs, 80 billion in tax revenue, and which produces 20% of the GDP “.

What to do then?
The trend must be global and shared with all the players in the world. Europe will anticipate the process compared to the others, and that’s okay, but then everyone will have to be there. We cannot ignore a unanimous and global acceptance of the principles that Europe proclaims today.
