ASUS motherboards that support TPM 2.0 are mainly the following series. It can be seen that the 100 series and 200 series motherboards are not within the scope of support.Intel’s sixth-generation and seventh-generation Core Duo is not supported by Microsoft, and ASUS does not plan to support it. The same is true for the Ryzen 1000 series. The chipset starts with the AMD 300 series.
Gigabyte is better, supporting Intel chipsets including X299, C621, C232, C236, C246, 200, 300, 400, 500 series, and AMD including TRX40, 300, 400, 500 series.
MSI has more comprehensive support for TPM 2.0. AMD platforms start with the 300 series chipsets, and Intel platforms start with the 100 series.Although MSI mentioned 100 series motherboards and 6/7 generation Core Duo, these CPUs are not officially supported by Microsoft.
At present, the motherboards announced by the three major motherboards are compatible with TPM 2.0, theoretically supporting Windows 11 is no problem, but the main trouble is that the 6/7th generation Core and Ryzen 1000 series are temporarily not supported by Microsoft, and there is no guarantee that they can be installed.
