How do you think about the recipients of your message? How should this shape your text? Depending on your inner attitude, it will be easier for you to formulate things convincingly. Sharpen your attitude beforehand. For example, by saying to yourself:
The people who read the text are waiting impatiently for information from me. They deserve and need more input from me.
On the one hand, the recipients are very competent in their respective areas of expertise, but have little feeling for my tasks. I have to carefully point out my role without appearing aloof.
Readers see me as their buddy/driver/competitor/nail in the coffin/mentor/guardian angel and I want to promote/mitigate that impression.
And so forth. A clear attitude towards what is to be done now, namely writing, will prevent you from drifting into insignificance due to a lack of a clear attitude.
