Trading opportunities on the Stock Exchange, the analysis of the Italgas share

Natural gas is a very important element for Italy. With a low domestic production, natural gas is the main contributor to the Italian energy mix above all because we do not have hydrocarbons or energy from nuclear power plants (blocked since 1990, after the Chernobyl disaster of 1986) unlike other European countries such as France, Switzerland, Spain, Sweden, Hungary… About a quarter of the EU’s energy is nuclear and more than half is produced in France; there are 103 operational reactors in 13 of the 27 Member States. And with the approval of the European Union’s Green Deal in 2021, the use of fossil fuels is set to decrease by 2032.
