Turin is trying again with a car show, after years of stand by. And it does so precisely in the period in which the large exhibitions dedicated to four-wheelers are in crisis across half the world, starting with Geneva, the European show par excellence. The first edition of the Auto Moto Turin Show (AMTS) opens today, April 19th, an event dedicated to two and four wheel enthusiasts which will take place at Lingotto Fiere until April 21st.
The event, organized by GL events Italia, the company that manages the Turin exhibition area, was born from the twinning with the Hungarian show of the same name. With a formula that offers the public an immersive experience dedicated to the passion for cars and motorbikes, for driving, for historical jewels and for “unique” customized models that have become icons thanks to cinema.
In the spaces of the former Fiat factory and inside the Oval you will find classic cars and futuristic models, supercars and cars prepared by tuners, motorbikes and youngtimers, cars that fascinate the new generations. Therefore not only exposure and market, values that have historically characterized the offer of car shows, but also entertainment and adrenaline, with races and performances on the track. International guest will be the actor Luis da Silva, Diogo in the film “Fast & Furious”.
There are four main areas: Expo area – market, with the most prestigious collector’s cars, the latest models and innovations in the sector. Tuning area, dedicated to cars modified on an aesthetic, mechanical, electronic and motor level; Events area, with study and meeting spaces; Finally Area Experience, an outdoor space that transforms into an arena where the mastery of the pilots combines with the power of the machines.
