In this regard, Yin Tongyue suggested that relevant ministries and commissions strengthen top-level design, promote the solution of problems in the construction and operation and maintenance of charging infrastructure, and help the high-quality development of the electric vehicle industry. Yin Tongyue also suggested to study and improve the conversion, transaction and dispatch mechanism of new energy vehicles and green power storage; explore units and internal charging facilities in the park to carry out the pilot application of “photovoltaic storage charging and discharging” integration.
