UniCredit: acquired approximately 0.6% of the share capital after the recent start of the buyback

As part of the UniCredit ordinary share buyback program communicated to the market on 10 May 2022 and launched the following day (11 May 2022), the bank led by Orcel announced that it had purchased a total of 12.87 million own shares, equal to 0.59% of the share capital for a total value of 121.72 million euro.
