After launching the overhaul of the entire top management in recent days, UniCredit CEO Andrea Orcel lifts the veil on the reorganization of one of the group’s main engines, namely the Corporate & Investment Banking (Cib) division. And the philosophy remains the same as we have seen up to now: goodbye to the “co-head” structure (so dear to the previous CEO Mustier), leaner structures and greater autonomy for individual countries to increase commercial thrust.
