Two sizes depending on the model chosen: 2.6 meters long for the more compact versions and 3.7 meters for the more capacious ones. The rest of the measurements are common to both configurations: 1.5 meters wide and 1.9 meters high. The construction of the first vehicles was handled by Filippo Donato’s DSD Models.
The versions
The diversification of the models is aimed at multiple customer targets, creating two major trends, that of people transport and that of the world of work. The Mole Urbana range includes the two-seater “La Small” version, “La Corriera” with 4 seats, Il Pick-up and, given the strong development of delivery, the “Il Lavoro” versions with double cab, Small, Maxi and Shop, for activities related to itinerant trade. The delivery vehicles in particular can contain a volume from 1.8 to 4.4 cubic meters and weights exceeding 350 kilos.
The optimization of the spaces inside the car generates four compartments in the upper part of the passenger compartment and a large luggage compartment in the external “trunks”. Moreover, thanks to its special insulated aluminum profiles, Mole Urbana is also suitable for the transport of food products.

After-sales maintenance will be entrusted to Norauto Italia, which is part of Mobivia, a leading group in mobility and maintenance with over 2,000 contact points throughout Europe. The goal is to guarantee, in Italy, personalized services, collection, delivery, assistance and dedicated and highly specialized maintenance points for all Mole Urbana owners.
From a few days on the website www.moleurbana.com it is possible to follow the development of the project and the updates on the start of production and delivery times. The car can be bought or rented, there is also a formula dedicated to holders of VAT numbers.
