Microsoft also wants to invest in the digital skills of more than 1.2 million people in Germany, including supporting AI training programs; the group wants to work with partners such as the Federal Association of German Employers’ Associations (BDA) and the initiative – “IT Fitness”, which Microsoft developed together with the Association for Youth and Social Work (fjs). Microsoft was unable to announce on Thursday how participants will be selected for the programs and how the programs will actually work.
