Anyone who concludes that new heat pumps are primarily responsible for the overload is, according to the information, wrong. āThe new needs are particularly due to industry, commerce and new construction areas,ā it says. Heat pumps and wall boxes therefore play a subordinate role. In doing so, the authority contradicts the municipal utilities, which in their initial reaction referred to the increased installation of heat pumps.
