The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has presented a draft law to amend the statutory time recording obligation. The draft is still being coordinated within the government before the Bundestag decides on it. Changes to the draft are therefore still very likely. Nevertheless, the draft shows where the journey will take in terms of time recording.
