Alassio Culture Festival, Fabio Stassi and Ilaria Gaspari talk about the words they cure

by admin

Fabio Stassi, author of Mastro Geppetto for the types of Sellerio, and Ilaria Gaspari, author of The secret life of emotions, Einaudi, will talk live this afternoon on the theme “Words that cure and care of words”. The event is part of the Alassio Culture Festival which, after the awards ceremony in September, continues on social channels and on YouTube with a series of dialogues and interviews with the protagonists of our contemporary literature. The appointment is for today at 5 pm on the Festival’s social media pages. Fabio Stassi was recently one of the speakers in the WELL IMPACT project supported by the Compagnia di Sanpaolo Foundation on the theme of Culture and Wellness: “I found in the forgotten character of Mastro Geppetto the representation of many roles of our time: the desire to paternity / maternity, the fear that is difficult to control, the anxieties and hopes that fill our life so much especially today. Reading is essential to find the breath and the right detachment. For me, writing is a pleasure that starts from childhood: rewriting the story of Pinocchio from the point of view of his father was a return to childhood. A book that we should all read as adults ». In this period Alassio hosts, among other things, the exhibition “Love from Alassio”: a circle that joins literature in honor of culture.
