The EP is the successor to their seventh studio album Seventh Run of a Seventh Rum, which landed at #7 in the German album charts.

The EP starts with the epic title track „Voyage of the Dead Marauder“ – a thrilling anthem featuring an appearance from ever-popular guest Patty Gurdy, who gives the track a special kick with her hurdy-gurdy and captivating vocals.
