ROME – Ayvens, a global sustainable mobility brand, was born from the acquisition of LeasePlan by Ald Automotive, with the aim of redesigning and improving future mobility towards zero emissions and also establishing the digital transformation of the sector. The new brand aims to strengthen the competitiveness and positioning of the two companies, present on the market for over forty years, ensuring sustainable growth thanks to a leadership position.

Within the Group, Ayvens represents a strategic milestone in development and will be used for all user segments (corporate, SME, professionals and private individuals) and on all channels and touch points, thanks to the company’s extensive digital ecosystem .

The new company, within the orbit of the Société Générale group, aims to improve users’ everyday lives by offering simpler, intelligent and sustainable mobility, as reflected in the brand payoff “Better with every move”, and the its very name is the result of the combination of three words: way, advance and heaven.
