The two owners gave up their jobs to realize a lifelong dream together – to open their own cafe in the Akazienkiez. The Akazienkiez not only offers a lively atmosphere, but was also Selma’s birthplace. She suffers from food intolerances herself. This personal need gave rise to the idea of opening a cafe with a focus on intolerances, a specialty that was previously missing in the Akazienkiez. The availability of the ideal space was a happy coincidence that paved the way for her dream to become a reality. A former health food store has been transformed into a café that fits perfectly into the neighborhood.

From gluten-free oatmeal cookies up to vegan Rosso pasta salads, the dishes can be customized. A highlight is the possibility Porridge and Bowls designed entirely according to the preferences and intolerances of the customers.
