Hardly a day goes by without Chiara Ferragni signing an agreement, a consultancy or other type of contract with Italian and foreign companies and brands. But the operation just announced is of a different nature and meaning, with a medium-long term strategy value.
The digital entrepreneur – because this is the most correct “definition” of Chiara Ferragni, who for a long time no longer suits that of influencer – has completed the purchase of 45% of the shares of the company Tbs Crew (a srl born in 2009), becoming the owner of 100% of the share capital. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, while it is known that the missing shares were sold to sell, “following an agreement between the shareholders”, reads a note from another srl. the Esuriens can be traced back to the Morgese and Barindelli families. «I thank Esuriens and the Morgese and Barindelli families for being by my side and supporting me in these last years of incredible growth and success of the company – commented Chiara Ferragni -. I wish the Morgese brothers and the Barindelli family a great good luck for further successful projects ».
The Tbs Crew – of which Chiara Ferragni has been CEO since 2017 – deals with the management of the online magazine The Blonde Salad (name originally given by Chiara Ferragni to her first “adventure”, the blog) and operates as a talent agency and in digital marketing strategy consultancy. In April the entrepreneur joined the Tod’s group board.
