Facing the city of Paraná, just 300 meters from the capital of Entre Ríos, the Curupí islet invites you to get on a canoe or kayak to disembark in that Protected Natural Area, explore its different trails from where you can observe the local flora and fauna. in the company of guides and delve into historical stories that had it as a setting.
The visit offers the possibility of approaching the island environment, promoting its enjoyment and contemplation of its landscapes and riches. In addition, it is oriented to an educational purpose, for the preservation of the existing natural and cultural heritage.
Contingents of students, residents and tourists who arrive in Paraná travel the islet throughout the year, with some 600 monthly arrivals. The transfer services are carried out by tourist providers located at the nautical excursion pier of the waterfront.
The islet -in the middle-lower section of Paraná- is one of the must-sees of the Coastal Route and Great Rivers, one of the seventeen that make up the Natural Route of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Nation, which provided financial support to the Municipality of Paraná, within the framework of its Sustainable Tourism Municipalities program, to value this Protected Natural Area.
