While Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore’s Mystery ultimately turns Dumbledore into a gay man, there’s little else to note about the film, and for the most part it’s spread out over six on an illogical subplot. It looks drab and feels like it’s made by someone who wants to leave the magical premise behind, though the series refuses to have any adult-like politics or opinions.
