On Gatica street between Lastra street and Intendente Carro with a new asphalt, they have broken it, I think for service connections; I think it must be for the new building.
My complaint is: they have left everything broken with ditches that cross the artery.
There you can see the lack of responsibility on the part of those responsible for the Municipality of Neuquen for not covering/repairing what was broken.
It is my opinion that the mayor tours and controls the city.
In light of the above and for Mr. Gaido, I tell you that, between Calle 12 de Septiembre Sur and Planas there is a boulevard. It is abandoned, dry trees and grass, let alone, it gives a poor image of the city.
I understand, the Mayor is distracted by the Confluencia festival.
