Comerío, Puerto Rico – In a major breakthrough for law enforcement agencies, one of Puerto Rico’s most wanted criminals, rapper Hanzel La H, has been captured by the US Marshals. The arrest was made earlier today at a short-term rental property in Comerío. Hanzel La H was wanted for violating the conditions of his probation after serving a federal sentence.

Deputy Head of the US Marshals in Puerto Rico, Antonio Torres, confirmed the apprehension to leading news outlet, The Spokesman. He revealed that an arrest warrant had been pending for Hainze E. Díaz Arroyo, the birth name of the defendant, who had evaded authorities for approximately a year and a half since serving a federal sentence for drug trafficking conspiracy.

Alongside Hanzel La H, a woman who was walking with him was also detained by the agents. The US Marshals have swiftly taken Díaz Arroyo to the federal prison in Guaynabo, where he will be held until his appearance before a federal judge to face charges, scheduled for tomorrow.

The Spokesman reached out to Torres seeking information regarding Díaz Arroyo’s alleged involvement in the Cataño massacre, which occurred in January and claimed the lives of two men and a four-year-old child. Torres stated that investigations into the incident fall under the jurisdiction of the Bayamón homicide office.

The arrest of Hanzel La H has brought considerable relief to the authorities, who had been tirelessly pursuing the rapper due to his probation violation. The successful operation is a testament to the dedication and collaborative efforts of the US Marshals and other law enforcement agencies in Puerto Rico.

In a related incident, a 47-year-old man was also taken into custody earlier today at a gas station in Dorado for violating a separate offense. Further details regarding this arrest are yet to be disclosed.
