ROME – There are 8 models of the Stellantis galaxy that in the month of May enter the top ten of the best-selling cars in Italy. The Fiat Panda stands out on the podium, with 11,955 units, followed by the Lancia Ypsilon and the Fiat 500 respectively with 4,257 and 3,172 units registered. But beyond the top ten that we show you, in May the Italian car market contracted by 15.1% compared to the same month in 2021, totaling 121,299 registrations compared to 142,932 in May last year. The volumes registered in the first five months of 2022 thus amounted to 556,974 units, 24.3% less than the volumes of January-May 2021.
