As established in article 292 of the original opinion, the resources allocated to the Patagonian and Cold Gas Zones were converted into subsidies with another modalitya measure that soon generated rejections.
The Government, in the project, had clarified that the objective of the measure was “ensure greater effectiveness and efficiency in the allocation of the resources that comprise them and in the control at the time of their implementation and application.
This point was the cause of opposition and criticism, especially from the Patagonian provinces, direct beneficiaries of these discountsboth because they are producers and because they are located in the so-called cold areas.
Although deputies Osvaldo Llancafilo (Neuquén) and Agustín Domingo (Río Negro) had anticipated it, it was not until this Friday that The reversal of several articles of the project was confirmedamong them, 292 that suppressed the gas regime.
