Lexus creates people-inspired luxury experiences. Now he is also drawing inspiration from superheroes with cosmic superpowers, as the exclusive automotive partner of Marvel Studios’ “Eternals”. Lexus and Marvel Studios have collaborated to create 10 themed concepts, based on all 10 of the superheroes from the highly anticipated film.
Each otherworldly and custom ‘Eternals’ car is inspired by the unique armor design, iconography and superpower of each Eternal. Additionally, a golden glow emanates from the grids and bottoms of the cars, reflecting the energy signature shared by the characters as seen in the film. The vehicles will be featured at various media events and extensions, including the red carpet premiere.
“We are thrilled to bring the ‘Eternals’ partnership to life through these customized Lexus vehicles,” said Vinay Shahani, Lexus vice president of marketing. “Just as every Eternals character has a distinct style and a range of capabilities, so does every Lexus.”
The line of customized “Eternals” vehicles includes:
- Invite con Lexus GX: Ajak, played by Salma Hayek, is a powerful and authoritarian woman. It is associated with one of the most capable SUVs on the scene, the GX.
- Druig the Lexus GX: Druig, played by Barry Keoghan, is a bit of a rebel in the film, with super strength and stamina, making the GX an adequate reflection of his character.
- Gilgamesh con Lexus LX: Like the strongest Eternal, Gilgamesh, played by Don Lee, is a kindred spirit to the largest and most powerful Lexus SUV, LX.
- Ikaris with Lexus LS: The LS, Lexus’ flagship luxury sedan, is a match with Ikaris, played by Richard Madden, considered the tactical leader of the Eternals.
- Kingo con Lexus IS: Kingo, played by Kumail Nanjiani, is paired with the bold and powerful Lexus IS, which he drives in the Lexus and Marvel Studios video “Parking Spot”.
- Makkari con Lexus RC F Track Edition: The fastest Eternal, Makkari, played by Lauren Ridloff, is the perfect match for the fastest car in the Lexus range, the RC F Track Edition.

Earlier this month, Lexus and Marvel Studios released a video called “Parking Spot,” featuring Kumail Nanjiani in the role of Kingo. It was directed by the Russo brothers, who have directed four Marvel Studios films including “Avengers: Endgame,” one of the highest-grossing films of all time.
