The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been around for 15 years, and it includes a ton of TV shows and movies. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige said the MCU movies won’t end anytime soon.At Disney’s Cinemacon 2022 conference, Marvel showed off a new roughly 20-minute clip from Doctor Strange 2, among other announcements.
During the launch, Kevin Feige said that Marvel’s leadership is currently planning their first retreat in three years, which will be used to plan the MCU for the next 10 years.
There will be a lot to discuss. The MCU is packed with content these days, with a slew of new heroes, including Natalie Portman’s Thor, and an entire multiverse to explore. The MCU has also expanded dramatically into streaming, with shows like “Rocky” and “Wanda Vision” propelling the big screen.
It’s hard to predict how the MCU will change and go over the next decade, but there’s no sign that the public will be disappointed with superhero movies anytime soon. With a few exceptions, Marvel rarely gets it wrong on this one.
