Matías Novoa and Michelle Renaud Plan to Raise Their First Child in Spain

Actor Matías Novoa shared the reason behind the decision that his first child together with Michelle Renaud will not be born in Mexico. Novoa revealed in an interview for ‘Despierta América’ that they have decided that their son will be born in Spain, where they plan to make a new life and move in mid-2024. The move is part of a life plan designed for the well-being of his family, according to the actor. Novoa stated that Madrid offers a calm and conducive environment to raise his son.

“The baby is not born here (Mexico). He is born in Spain. We have a life plan there. Let’s start another adventure together with Milo. We are already waiting to leave,” Matías Novoa confirmed.

The decision also means leaving behind their acting careers in Mexico after many years of work. However, the couple hopes to find artistic employment in front of or behind the cameras in their new home. Novoa expressed interest in exploring directing, producing, writing scripts with his wife, and acting in those projects.

At the end of the recordings of his current soap opera ‘Marea de Pasiones’, Matías will take a break to enjoy his new family as it will coincide with the last stage of Michelle’s pregnancy. The couple is looking forward to starting a new life together in Spain, where they believe they can live a quiet family life.

“The cool thing is that we finished recording and I’m going to be in the last two months of Mich’s pregnancy and I’m going to be able to enjoy the first few months. “I want to give myself a break to be with the baby, with Mich in that wonderful stage,” Novoa said.
