He Mayor of Plaza Huinul, Claudio Larraza will announce the projects you plan to develop this year in what will be the first speech to open the ordinary sessions of this 2024. The communal chief will open the legislative activity as provided in the municipal Organic Charter, on the first Thursday of March. It will be at 9 at the Carmen Funes museum grounds.
The president of Deliberative Council, Daniel Vidondo will be in charge of opening the session that was called for this Thursday at 9. This time, the body resolved that the opening of the legislative year takes place at the Carmen Funes municipal museum.
In the preparatory session that took place the previous week, the body resolved some issues for this Thursday. They will be the councilors Viviana Casado, Liliana Gords and Marga Yunes, those in charge of being part of Mayor Larraza’s reception committee.
It was reported that the communal chief will be willing to give his speech at 9:30. The previous week it was also agreed who would be the legislative authorities. The presidency fell to Vidondo (Community), the first vice-presidency Liliana Gords (Community) and the second vice-presidency Marga Yunes (MPN). These positions were elected unanimously by the seven councillors.
It was established that the sessions will be held on Thursdays at 9 while the commissions – which are two – will operate on Tuesdays.
At today’s session, Mayor Larraza is expected to describe his management priorities for what will be his first year at the head of the Huinculense municipal administration.
The opening of sessions occurs two days after the criminal complaint that his administration presented to the single prosecutor’s office. Larraza asked that the justice system evaluate whether or not there are elements to initiate the judicial case against his predecessor, Gustavo Suárez, for the destination of 285 million pesos that were allocated to public works in the last six months.
