Our Legacy’s WORK SHOP Collaborates with External Vacancy for New Outdoor Series
Swedish fashion brand Our Legacy’s branch brand WORK SHOP has announced a collaboration with the cross-disciplinary unit External Vacancy (EVAC) to launch a new series specifically designed for outdoor activities.
Founded by renowned skier Sean Pettit, External Vacancy focuses on developing art, products, and experiences that expand the way people interact with the environment. The partnership aims to help External Vacancy build a fortress-like mountaintop space in British Columbia.
The series consists of garments made from traditional fabrics as well as surplus or slow-moving fabrics. It includes items such as the Chisel Hoodie, Flint Jacket, and two pairs of Quartz Cargo Pants, all designed to combine functional and workwear aesthetics in green and brown earth tones.
EVAC founder Sean Pettit shared his vision for the collaboration, stating, “This journey began with a vision of a high-altitude utopia. With the help of like-minded artists, we embarked on a four-month exploration to build a fortress-like space on the top of a high mountain in British Columbia. It is a true physical and mental experience as we try to survive in a beautiful yet harsh environment and learn from nature.”
