Bad surprise for HC Lugano this Thursday morning in Murten. The bus he used to come to the canton of Friborg the day before the decisive quarter-final match, which he will play this Thursday evening, was damaged during the night. “HCFG” were spray painted on the bodywork. We also find the term “odio” (hate, editor’s note) near the logo of Gottéron’s opponent.
Contacted, the Ticino club wishes to concentrate on the match rather than wasting energy on a non-sporting subject.
The vehicle in question was parked in front of the hotel where Luca Gianinazzi and his men spent the night. It remains to be seen whether the private company that owns the property will file a complaint or not.
A deplorable act which will not fail to increase the motivation of Calvin Thürkauf and his teammates, expected on hostile ground at the BCF Arena from 8 p.m. The match is on, unfortunately not in the right way…
