The Minister of Security, Juan Pablo Quinteros, held a meeting in the City of Buenos Aires with attachés from the International Office of Anti-Narcotics Assistance and Law Enforcement (INL, for its acronym in English) dependent on the US Department of State , from the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), and DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration), dependent on the US Department of Justice.
At the meeting they discussed the operation of the cooperation programs that are developed in our country to improve security capabilities, the fight against transnational organized crime, drug trafficking and money laundering, based on the exchange of information and the training of local security forces personnel.
The meeting was attended by the undersecretary of operational coordination, Walter Gómez; the political attaché and director of INL, Jessica Kuhn; INL transnational crime specialist Jeremie Swinnen; DEA attaché John Wallace; the FBI attaché, Rodrigo Riveros; and INL program assistant, María Sol Osuna.
Internal Security Council
This week Quinteros participated in the first National Meeting of the Internal Security Council convened by the Ministry of National Security.

During the meeting, strategies for cooperation between provincial and federal forces in the fight against drug trafficking and organized crime were discussed.
The Córdoba delegation was made up of Minister Quinteros, the Undersecretary of Operational Coordination, Walter Gómez, and the General Director of Criminal Investigations of the Córdoba Police, Chief Commissioner Alberto Bietti.
