The fifth stage of International Street food 2022 opens today in Rivoli, the event now in its sixth edition. It will take place in Piazza Martiri and will start at 6pm today and then Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 April 2022, from 12pm. “The largest traveling event of haute cuisine – say the organizers -, which brings with it all the aromas and flavors of most famous dishes of the regional and international tradition. 150 stages are planned throughout Italy ». And in this fourth stage there will be 30 different cuisines with the following specialties: Abruzzo arrosticini and grilled corn on the cob, artichokes alla giudia, Puccia Pontina, Mexican specialties, Black Angus, paella, Roman pinsa, artisanal hamburger, Chianina meat, wild boar meat, bombette and Apulian panzerotto, pizza, a counter with porchetta di ariccia, a counter with Mexican specialties, craft breweries and international desserts.

Many itinerant restaurants, qualified chefs ready to amaze with the particularities and quality of their cuisine. «We are happy with the success that our chefs have achieved in previous editions, cooking and street food are part of our culture – says Alfredo Orofino, organizer -.
