The new era of the Golden Globes
The ceremony, which for decades was considered one of the most relevant parties in the city of gold but which was overshadowed by recent scandals, changed owners and passed into the hands of a group of investors who hoped this Sunday to turn the page with a luxurious night of glitter.
The stars responded with their presence on a red carpet in which Margot Robbie served another dose of “Barbiecore”, and figures such as Meryl Streep, Helen Mirren, Selena Gómez, Cillian Murphy and Bradley Cooper, among others, paraded impeccable outfits.
Guests began walking the red carpet of the Beverly Hilton Hotel this Sunday afternoon before the gala, the kickoff of the Hollywood awards season, which culminates with the Oscars in March.

The return in style
The event went off the air in 2022 and several stars did not go to last year’s edition. Since then, the shady group of Los Angeles journalists that created the award show 80 years ago was dismembered and international critics entered the fray to contribute to the voting for this edition.
Big names in music, such as Billie Eilish and Dua Lipa, compete for best song, and Taylor Swift for the recent film version of her Eras Tour.
Ben Affleck, Jodie Foster, Kevin Costner and Matt Damon were among the presenters.
