The Founder Institute of Silicon Valley launches its 9th cohort in Córdoba

The Founder Institute, the Silicon Valley pre-accelerator, has the largest startup program for significant companies in the world, helping and inspiring entrepreneurs “to build lasting technology or innovation companies” through intense 14-week training.

In Córdoba it operates within the scope of the ICDA, the business school of the Catholic University of Córdoba, with its directors Gisela Veritier, Ana Sammartino, Leandro Srur, Hernán Laguía. All references linked to the world of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

It operates in more than 250 cities, in more than 90 countries with a statistic of 4,500 startups created, multiple graduates with valuations of more than US$ 1,000 million, creating nearly 25,000 jobs around the world.

A collaborative program

The main axes of this acceleration program are through a collaborative program, which through weekly feedback, interact with a powerful body of mentors made up of business school teachers and local entrepreneurs, reinforcing the pitch and the business model, accelerating ventures technology-based or innovation ventures.

Events

A series of events will be held prior to the start of the program in order to show the main aspects of it through talks given by their mentors. The next one will be on April 24 at 6 p.m. at the Santex headquarters, Humberto Primo 630, in the city of Córdoba, where together with Asetec the event “THE ABC of Startup Internationalization” will be held.

The program begins on 06/04/24 for which you must be registered one week in advance.

It is a demanding program in which entrepreneurs must demonstrate results in their progress week by week, enriching themselves with the contributions of mentors, directors and their colleagues themselves. A collaborative atmosphere of high creativity and productivity is created.

Since the program began in 2016, 315 people have already passed through startups such as Ualabee, Spluty.

For this year’s projections, we will work with a renewed program with the demands of today’s world linked to the advancement of AI. It relies heavily on innovation, empowering entrepreneurs so that they can enter the FI’s capital search program at a global level.
