A woman was arrested in Viedma by the crime of “cover-up” for traveling aboard a motorcycle that had been stolen in the Rio Negro capital.
The discovery occurred during prevention tasks carried out in the citywhen the personnel of the Motorized Support Brigade of the Río Negro Police proceeded to seize a motorcycle that had a request for kidnapping for theft.
Personnel from the First Police Station identified the woman, after detecting that she was circulating aboard a motorcycle without a license plate on Belgrano and Buenos Aires streets.
The 27-year-old driver, did not have any type of vehicle documentation. The police uploaded the data into the police system and it was discovered that the motorcycle had a sequestration request from Unit 30 of Viedma, where the theft had been reported.
The police notified the prosecutor on duty, Guillermo Ortiz, who ordered the arrest of the woman for the crime of “cover-up.”
