Today at noon a group of people were charged with robbing a home in the city of Roca. The incident occurred on December 24 at a home located on Buenos Aires Street at night. Five people participated, who They were part of a band led by a woman (mother of two of the accused, who worked as a domestic employee for the victim). The Guarantee Judge formulated the charges for the crime of aggravated robbery for being committed in a town and in a gang, as co-authors in accordance with the provisions of articles 45 and 167, second paragraph of the Penal Code.
