An extraordinary social safety net, on the model of Cassa Covid, which helps companies in the supply chain to overcome the crisis they will have to face following the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and its impact on the economy. This is the request sent to the Ministry of Labor by Sistema Moda Italia and Assocalzaturifici together with the trade unions together with the national trade unions Femca-Cisl, Filctem-Cgil and Uiltec-Uil.
Among the countless effects of Putin’s Russia invasion of Ukraine (including the sanctions imposed on the Kremlin by the EU and the US as a response), two factors are worrying the sector: the increase in electricity costs and gas – for which companies are forced to interrupt or severely limit processing in order not to compromise their economic equilibrium; the direct and indirect effects of sanctions for which companies working with Russia are forced to block ready-made shipments and cease
