What the TrACcionar employment program is about: registration, dates and what you need to know

The province launched the TrACcionar Córdoba program. It was developed by the Córdoba Competitiveness Agency in alliance with the Excellence Foundation.

Registration will be open until Sunday, May 12, for those who wish to apply. The call includes a quota of up to 10 driving companies and 100 total SME companies, in a composition of between 5 and 10 SME companies per driving network.

First steps

The driving company interested in participating in the Program must apply electronically, via CiDi Multinota. The form to apply to the program is available here.

Once complete, you will receive an email with a copy of your response, which you must download as a PDF and enter through the Multinota procedure addressed to the Government of the Province of Córdoba and the Agency for Competitiveness of Córdoba.

You must be registered with CiDi level 2. In turn, you must add the sworn statement signed by the person responsible for accountability representing the “tractor” company. The legal representative of the tractor company must present the procedure in its name.

Each driving company will select a transversal theme according to its development interest in its value chain. The transversal themes are:

Supply chain/Lean.4.0 and applied Artificial Intelligence.Energy Efficiency.Triple impact/Circular economy and New markets and internationalization. (We will work on this topic with the support of ProCórdoba).

Selection process

Firstly, the leading companies in their sector will apply and be selected. Then, with technical assistance from the Competitiveness Agency and the Excellence Foundation, these companies will select the participating SMEs. The selection criterion will be the identification of the existing theme and value chain.

How will the Program be financed?

The Agency, in alliance with the Federal Investment Council (CFI), promotes this initiative through which companies access the benefit of co-financing of the benefits included in this program. 50% will be contributed by the Province and the rest by the participating firms: 30% by the driving company and 20% contributed by the SMEs that participate in each driving network.

Consultants

Participating companies will have an assigned consultant who will carry out their in-company tasks. They will be trained by representatives of the Excellence Foundation for the correct implementation of the Management Model Methodology for Competitiveness and associated tools.

The activity of the consultants will be constantly monitored and accompanied by the Program Coordinator. The selection and assignment of profiles is defined according to:

Topic chosen by the tractor to address in its value chain. The expertise, specific knowledge of the sector and/or seniority of the consultant in any of the privileged verticals within the framework of this program. Previous experience in the development of similar consulting tasks. Your time availability and willingness to participate.
