On 8 March, on the occasion of Women’s Day, the Empow project ended[h]er, a program dedicated to female entrepreneurship organized by Asus, Tutored and PoliHub.
Empow[h]er allowed female students and recent graduates to receive free training to create and launch a startup. Among the more than 200 requests for participation, 140 aspiring startuppers were able to follow free courses that involved professionals and industry stakeholders as mentors who transferred their know-how to young people in a series of specific lessons, for over 30 hours of training , distributed in 8 lessons on specific thematic areas such as, for example, financial, technological, organizational and communication.
Empow[h]er saw the concrete development of several new startups. Of these, the four most mature concluded their formatting path with an invitation to tell about their projects in front of an audience of investors, managers, business angels, other startuppers, associations for female entrepreneurship and startup accelerators.
