A weekend dedicated to physical activity and health. Small actions for a big goal: psycho-physical well-being

Small and simple actions for a big and important goal: our psycho-physical well-being. This is the message that Sports and Health launches this weekend. In fact, April 6th coincides with the World Physical Activity Day e International Day of Sport for Development and Peace and the 7th will instead be the World Health Day. A message conveyed through a video featuring women, men, teenagers and children struggling with their daily routine. Walking, playing, cycling, socializing on the move, adopting a correct diet, but also taking advantage of every opportunity during the day such as getting up from the desk to take a break, preferring the stairs to the lift, taking the dog for a walk and indulge in gardening. Seemingly banal activities that can give significant satisfaction. By adopting these simple habits, you can improve your health without necessarily having to resort to structured and intensive training sessions. The integration of physical activity into daily life, together with healthy food choices, represents the basis for an active and correct lifestyle, which is the best way to feel good, to prevent many pathologies and to achieve a perfect psychophysical balance. These simple activities, often underestimated, help improve the quality of life.
