How to get the tv bonus
With the TV bonus, if we have a maximum Isee of 20 thousand euros, we can solve the problem. Obviously, TVs compatible with the new digital terrestrial standard are also compatible with Mpeg-4. Have not equipped themselves). We may buy online and collect in person, in stores that allow it.
You have to make sure that the TV entitles you to the TV bonus
They are all those that support, precisely, the dvb-t2 (ie the new digital terrestrial), in particular with hevc main 10 coding (the most advanced). Retail chains specify “compatible with the TV bonus” on flyers and in stores; so you can’t go wrong. In particular, if you buy in the physical store: the discount is in fact reduced immediately upon payment, which will therefore be reduced by 50 euros. Those who want to scrape the old TV (bought before December 16, 2018, the date on which the hevc main 10 coding came into force) can wait for the 100 euros of the bonus that should be included in the new implementing decree of the 2021 Budget Law, without Isee limits.
The choice of decoder
Those who want to save money and are not interested in a new device can take advantage of the bonus for a decoder instead. And here the choice is wide. There are also 25-30 euro models, which would be free given the 50 euro bonus. By spending 50-150 euros, however, you can switch to models that are much more than a dvb-t2 decoder; they also integrate the satellite one, a hard disk, a recorder, the ability to read mkv, avi, mp4 files and support 4K.
